Cooling-off period / Returns

It may happen that you wish to return an order. Perhaps because the product does not meet your expectations, or maybe there is another reason why you would prefer not to keep the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receiving it, without providing any reason.

After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return your product. You will then receive a full refund of the order amount, including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the product from your home to the webshop are at your own expense. These costs are approximately €6.95 per package; please consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates.

If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the entrepreneur with all supplied accessories and — if reasonably possible — in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, you can contact us at info@berbersmudge.com

We will refund the due order amount within 14 days after you have registered your return, provided that the product has already been received back in good condition.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may charge you for the depreciation of the product. Please handle the product with care and make sure it is properly packaged when returning it.
