THE ANCESTRAL APOTHECARY
ancient remedies, quietly carried by grandmothers across cultures
THE GIFT
el attari translates as the perfumer, the apothecary, the spice merchant.
the apothecary is in my name. not as metaphor — as lineage. the herbs, the tinctures, the wisdom about plants and the body, these came to me the way a daughter receives her grandmother’s voice. quiet. complete. without asking.
i did not choose this work. i inherited it. and then i chose to honor it.
this is why berbersmudge exists.
WHAT LIVES HERE
a quiet pantry that fills slowly, the way a grandmother’s pantry fills.
mini-ebooks, themed and slow. each one a focused doorway into one piece of ancestral healing — the parasite cleanse, glow from within, womb healing, nervous system rest, sacred sleep. herbs, recipes, rituals, a body practice. timed to the moon when the practice calls for it.
the sculpting oil — released in small batches, soon.
the bakhour blend — coming.
the smudge kit and meditation ritual set — already in the shop.
one jar at a time.
ESSENTIAL, NOT LUXURY
people often think of this work as luxury. it isn’t. it is essential care for the woman who has been giving without receiving.
science is beginning to confirm what ancestral practices always knew — regular touch, rest, herbal support, nervous system regulation. these are not optional for human thriving. they are the conditions a body needs to keep glowing, regulating, becoming itself.
i don’t apologize for what this work costs. i name what it is.
THE RHYTHM
i don’t release on launch calendars. i release on the moon.
the parasite cleanse arrives on a full moon. glow from within at the waxing. womb healing at the new moon, in the sacred dark. seasonal resets at the equinox.
we live in cycles. the body, the moon, the seasons, the cosmos. to return to rhythm is to remember.
be among the first to receive each new release.
